  • We have a consult to identify your physique goals. We can specialise and work the muscle groups you want to emphasise!

  • I work with my clients to help them achieve whatever their physique preference is.

  • We build a plan to build your body, using a base of foundational health promoting self-care habits to support you & your physique goals.

  • We pick exercises that will guarantee you results, because you enjoy them and can progress them to build stronger and bigger muscles.

  • We execute the plan!

  • You lift the weights, and I’ll help you steer the ship with weekly form checks, and check-ins for accountability and support.

F.A.Q.

Do you only work with LGBTQIA+ or neurodivergent athletes/bodybuilders?

  • I'll work with anyone who is receptive to being coached. You don't have to be a member of the LGBTQIA+ community or neurospicy.

Do you work with beginners or novice lifters?

  • I am open to working with anyone and providing a supportive environment for all lifters, regardless of their training age. I prefer to work with folks who have been going to the gym for at least a few months, and are familiar with most exercises and training modalities, as it will let them get more out of our time working together.

Do I need a gym membership?

  • A gym membership is not essential and having equipment at home (or a home gym setup) is a viable alternative. Ideally a home setup would still have some free weights (a barbell, some sort of power-rack, dumbbells etc.) with runway to allow you to progress over time. Broadly, a gym membership gives us a lot more options with regards to programming and exercise selection to get the best possible physique outcomes.
