This is the coaching model I wish had existed for me, my partner, my friends (file under 'other', 'queers' and 'misfits').
We’ll develop a bespoke plan based around your needs, preferences and intentions, stacking health promoting self-care habits for sustainable long term outcomes.
A coach like me offers accountability when you need it, and flexibility when you want it, and will help you push through or pull back when it’s appropriate.

F.A.Q.
Do you only work with LGBTQIA+ or neurodivergent athletes/bodybuilders?
I'll work with anyone who is receptive to being coached. You don't have to be a member of the LGBTQIA+ community or neurospicy.
Do you work with beginners or novice lifters?
I am open to working with anyone and providing a supportive environment for all lifters, regardless of their training age. I prefer to work with folks who have been going to the gym for at least a few months, and are familiar with most exercises and training modalities, as it will let them get more out of our time working together.
Do I need a gym membership?
A gym membership is not essential and having equipment at home (or a home gym setup) is a viable alternative. Ideally a home setup would still have some free weights (a barbell, some sort of power-rack, dumbbells etc.) with runway to allow you to progress over time. Broadly, a gym membership gives us a lot more options with regards to programming and exercise selection to get the best possible physique outcomes.
